The Tribute Housing While the tributes stay in Panem they are each given there own special place to stay, usually a small apartment with a bedroom, sitting room, and bathroom. Each room is lavished and decorated to the tastes of the Capitol, not a single expence wasted on the comfort of those who will soon be offered up as entertaimnent.	0	0
The Heart of the City The heart of the Capitol City is a place so bright and extravagant that only thing that matches its beauty are the people who live there. Apartments and businesses stack up into the sky in an array of various shapes and styles with stores and restraunts around every turn. The only thing remaining constant being the large screens that broadcast the Hunger Games.	0	0

The Wilderness and Unknown The areas outside the districts are off-limits to all Panem citizens. There are only a few ways for citizens to get to these areas and each of them are discreet and unseen to to the Panem goverment. Beware though for if you are caught wandering around outside of your district, the results could be as severe as death.	0	0
